页岩气井环保型强抑制水基钻井液体系研究与应用

以环保型复合抑制剂HBYZ-2和高效润滑剂CQHY-3为主要处理剂,辅以其他添加剂,形成了适合于页岩气水平井的环保型强抑制水基钻井液体系,并在室内对其综合性能进行了评价。结果表明,钻井液体系在150℃下老化后流变性能稳定,具有较好的热稳定性;体系还具有良好的封堵性、抑制性、润滑性、抗污染能力和储层保护性能;钻井液体系的生物毒性EC50>30000mg/L,BOD5/COD>25,达到了无毒、易降解的标准,主要重金属含量也都远远低于标准值,具有良好的环保性能。环保型强抑制水基钻井液体系在CX-1CX-2井的现场应用结果表明,两口井在钻井过程中未出现井壁失稳、坍塌等复杂情况,泵压较低、摩阻较小、起下钻通畅,钻井液性能稳定,能满足页岩气水平井钻井的要求。

Abstract:

With the promulgation of environmental protection regulations and the enhancement of environmental protection concept, the requirements for environmental protection performance of oil field drilling fluid system are becoming more and more stringent. Therefore, an environmentally friendly and strongly inhibited water-based drilling fluid system suitable for shale gas horizontal wells has been formed with HBYZ-2 and CQHY-3 as main treatment agents and other additives, and its comprehensive performance has been evaluated indoors. The results show that the rheological properties of the drilling fluid system are stable and thermal stability is good after aging at 150℃. The system also has good plugging property, inhibition, lubrication, anti-pollution and reservoir protection properties. The biotoxicity EC50 value of the drilling fluid system is more than 30 000 mg /L, BOD5 /COD value is more than 25, which meet the standards of non-toxicity and easy degradation. The content of main heavy metals is also far below the standard value, which has good environmental protection performance. The field application results of environmentally friendly and strongly inhibited water-based drilling fluid system in Well CX-1 and Well CX-2 show that there are no complex situations such as borehole wall instability and collapse, low pump pressure, low friction, smooth tripping, and stable drilling fluid performance in the two wells during drilling, which indicates that environmentally friendly and strongly inhibited water-based drilling fluid system can meet requirements for shale gas horizontal well drilling.
